Great, but slow startup and lacking basic functionality

Requesting a refund.
First, this is a great product. There is great potential with its features and productivity. However, it takes approximately nine seconds to start up each time, and many standard iPhone functions are lacking. I would like to see those features added and the app cashed in memory so that it starts up quicker. And then I will revise my review.
